What is Theology of the Body?
Theology of the Body is the topic of a series of 129 lectures given by Pope John Paul II during his Wednesday audiences in the Pope Paul VI Hall between September 1979 and November 1984.
Understanding the Theology of the Body helps us to understand the truth about God’s original design for human sexuality, paves the way for lasting renewal of marriage and the family; it enables everyone to rediscover the meaning of the whole of existence, the meaning of life.
Father John Antony, Pastor of Saint Raphael Catholic Church in Springdale, Arkansas, is the Guest Speaker of a Series of talks on "Theology of the Body" presented in St. Raphael's Church in 2009.
